1. Sponsor & Contest Period
This promotional contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Revive Beauty ("Sponsor"), located at 28 Davis Street, Guelph, Ontario, N1E 0C8, Canada. Contact: revivebeautyamazon@gmail.com. The Contest begins at 12:01 AM ET on April 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 23, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of:
- Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and
- The fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia,
who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry (18 or 19 years old depending on jurisdiction). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void in the Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter — Two Methods (Equal Odds Per Entry)
Method A — Free Entry by Email (No Purchase Necessary): Visit the Sponsor's website and complete the giveaway entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, and complete mailing address. Correctly answer the skill-testing question (see Section 4). Limit: one (1) free entry per person for the Contest Period.
Method B — Entry with Purchase: Purchase any Revive Multi-Peptide Scalp Serum during the Contest Period to automatically receive fifty (50) entries per bottle purchased. Each bottle purchased equals 50 entries; for example, 2 bottles = 100 entries. Purchasers must also correctly answer the skill-testing question to claim a prize if selected.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your odds of winning on a per-entry basis. Each individual entry — whether obtained free or by purchase — has equal odds of being drawn.
4. Skill-Testing Question
To claim the prize, the selected entrant must, without mechanical or electronic assistance, correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: "What is 12 + 7 × 3 − 5?" The correct answer is 28 (using standard order of operations: 7 × 3 = 21, then 12 + 21 − 5 = 28). If the selected entrant fails to provide the correct answer, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a Sephora Gift Card with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000 USD / $1,000 CAD (depending on winner's residence). The gift card will be delivered electronically or by mail. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Sponsor is not responsible for the policies or expiration of any third-party gift card.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 24, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form within five (5) business days of the drawing. The Sponsor will also announce the winner publicly on its Instagram account @timeforrevive following confirmation of eligibility, using only the winner's first name and city/province or state of residence (with the winner's consent for any additional details).
The potential winner must (i) correctly answer the skill-testing question, and (ii) execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and tax forms within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to comply, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each individual entry — free or purchase-based — has the same odds of being randomly selected.
8. General Conditions
- By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, late, or otherwise non-compliant with these rules.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for any errors in the administration of the Contest.
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name and city/province/state of residence in connection with announcing the winner, without further compensation, where permitted by law.
- The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
- Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
9. Privacy & Marketing Consent
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest (verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, fulfilling the prize) unless the entrant has provided separate, express opt-in consent to receive marketing communications. The Sponsor complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Marketing emails, if you have opted in, comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting the Sponsor directly. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not affect your Contest entry.
10. Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.
